To provide BatchGuard, we may process your Shopify store name, store domain, contact details supplied through Shopify, app settings, and inventory information that you choose to manage in the app, such as product details, batch identifiers, quantities, and expiry dates.

BatchGuard is designed for inventory management. We do not intentionally collect customer payment details or use customer information for advertising.

How we use information

We use this information only to operate, secure, support, and improve BatchGuard: to show your inventory data, provide expiry and batch-related alerts, respond to support requests, and meet our legal obligations.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell your information. We share information only with trusted service providers that help us host, secure, or support BatchGuard, or where required by law. These providers may process information only on our instructions and for the purposes described here.

Retention and security

We keep information for as long as it is needed to provide BatchGuard and comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information, but no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can uninstall BatchGuard from your Shopify admin at any time. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or information about the personal data we hold, subject to applicable law.
